Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

1. Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and the display name you choose, used to sign you in and address you.
• Conversations — the messages, voice notes, and images you send to Intelle, and the replies she sends back. These are the core of the service and are stored so the relationship has continuity and memory.
• Derived memory — facts, preferences, and context Intelle infers from your conversations in order to remember you between sessions.
• Technical data — basic logs (timestamps, request metadata, error traces) needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use your data

• To operate the conversation — generate replies, recall context, and maintain continuity over time.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To improve reliability and fix bugs through aggregated, operational diagnostics.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

3. AI & model processing

Your messages are processed by large language models to generate responses. Some of this processing happens through third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (see Sharing). Content is sent to these providers only to produce a reply or to power features you use; we do not use your private conversations to train third-party public models, and our processing agreements restrict providers from doing so.

4. Sharing & third parties

We share data only with service providers that help us run Intelle, under contracts that limit their use to providing the service:

• AI model providers (e.g. inference and speech infrastructure) to generate replies and process voice.
• Cloud hosting & storage to run the application and store your data.
• Authentication providers (e.g. Google sign-in) when you choose to use them.

We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep your conversations and derived memory for as long as your account is active, because continuity is the point of the product. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below); we will delete your account data and conversations within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

Access to your data is restricted and authenticated. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and routine security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children

Intelle is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Intelle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Intelle is an AI companion. Its responses are generated by software and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Intelle does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Intelle to break the law, to harm others, to generate content involving minors, to harass or impersonate, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to store, process, and transmit your content to generate replies and maintain your experience.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Intelle and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
